Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
Data Controller: The personal data you share through this form (full name, email address, and message content) is processed by RentFlow (a brand operated by KOBY SOFT) as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
Purpose of Processing: The data you share is processed only to evaluate your request, respond to you, and carry out the communication process.
Legal Basis: Your data is processed based on your explicit consent, and to the extent directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, under KVKK Art. 5/2(c) and (f).
Retention Period: Your data is retained for the duration required to resolve your request and any applicable statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Sharing: Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required; it may be shared only with technical service providers who deliver our email infrastructure, to the extent the service requires.
Your Rights: Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, and object to the processing of your data. You may send requests to info@kobysoft.app.
